I.T Customer Service Apprentice

The Customer Service Apprentice will play a vital role within our IT team, collaborating closely with  all Regions.  This role offers an excellent opportunity for growth and hands-on experience in IT.  

Key responsibilties include:

Support the IT Manager with various tasks and projects as needed Participate in training sessions to develop skills and knowledge. Engage with company employees to provide solutions with either handware or software, which will help them in their role Participate in cybersecurity activities, including monitoring and responding to security incidents Provide technical support to resolving IT-related issues occuring on company relevant sites Help with the documentation of IT processes and procedures for company policy documents

Training:
Formal training is delivered at HWGTA, located in Hereford (HR4 9SX) You will receive a training plan that is specific to your qualification, with sessions that are delivered through a combination of face-to-face and remote You will receive monthly visits from your assigned Learning and Development Specialist, who will set you work, monitor your development and wellbeing, and discuss training sessions. They will also prepare you for your End Point Assessment to gain your Customer Service Level 2 qualification. There is also a five-day teambuilding residential trip that is held in the spring of each year offered to all apprentices on programme

Working Hours :
Monday -Thursday, 8.00am - 5.00pm and Friday, 8.00am - 4.00pm.1 hour lunch break each day.
