Maintenance and Operations Engineering Technician Apprentice

This is a perfect role for somebody that wants to experience all areas of engineering. When joining AGM Services, you will be part of a Spraybooth Service Engineering team in a remote role working with a lead engineer. 

During your apprenticeship, you will:

· Work along side Technical Engineers completing upgrades of electrical components and software.

· Work with Technical Engineers to upgrade our in-house training facilities.

· Occasionally work with local Field Service Engineers to gain service knowledge.

· The work will involve an amount of manual handling and some heavy lifting. Working at height will be required and all training will be provided.

Uniform and PPE will be provided.

For remote locations, you will be picked up and dropped off from the workplace.



Training:

As well as training in the workplace, apprentices will be required to attend Hopwood Hall College (Middleton Campus) one day a week. You will also be allocated a work based tutor that will support throughout your apprenticeship.



Training Outcome:

On successful completion of the apprenticeship, this could lead to further progression in the company as a Field service engineer / Technical Engineer.



Employer Description:
AGM Services are a leading provider of spraybooth servicing and repair in the Automotive and Aerospace industry.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, with some overnight stays (expenses covered) & Saturday work required, however these are agreed with prior to booking. Must be okay with early starts (i.e. 6am) and occasional late finishes.
