Early Years Level 3 Apprentice
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and implementation of activities that promote children’s development Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5 years Support the team in maintaining a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues Help monitor children’s progress and support their learning and development Adhere to safeguarding and health and safety policies at all timesTraining:

Training Outcome:
1.Early Years Practitioner
You can work as a fully qualified Early Years Educator in nurseries, pre-schools, or early years settings. You’ll be responsible for planning and delivering early education to children from birth to 5 years old.2. Room Leader or Senior Nursery Worker
With experience, you could move into a more senior role within a nursery, such as Room Leader, overseeing a specific age group and leading a team of practitioners.3. Progress to Level 5 Diploma
You may choose to continue your education by pursuing a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or Leadership for the Children and Young People's Workforce. This will prepare you for management roles within the Early Years sector.Employer Description:
