With successful venues internationally, this brand is known for pushing culinary boundaries and creating unforgettable guest experiences. They're now seeking a Head Sushi Chef to join their opening team and help shape the launch of one of LA’s most anticipated new restaurants.
What they’re looking for:
A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Head Sushi Chef or higher, in a high-volume, upscale environment
Deep knowledge of premium seafood and expert sushi preparation techniques
Experience creating and executing seasonal and innovative sushi menus
Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
