You will also gain exposure in Marketing, Product development, Advertising and Job Management.Role Responsibilities - Customer Account Manager:
Working on the full life cycle of online recruitment job advertisingCurating and optimising job specifications to ensure best reach on job boardsLiaising with clients to gain job information, gain approval of optimised specification and monitor the success of each campaignAdvertising vacancies via our Applicant Tracking System softwareBuilding positive relationships with clients and advertising suppliersFiltering suitability, forwarding candidate CVs to clients and sending candidates application formsAdvising clients on alternative job details i.e.
job titles, salary visibilityCreating and sending purchase order agreements via email and Adobe Echo SignKeeping our Management Information, vacancy recording, and client specific Excel and Google Docs spreadsheets up to dateWorking closely with the sales team to provide necessary sales adminConducting market research to best advise clients on current advertisement trendsTrouble shooting any errors when posting, contacting the job boards to resolve errors in a timely mannerProactively researching, responding and resolving enquires from clients and if necessary advising what updates can be implemented to their advert to best adapt to market trendsClosing live job vacancies in line with closing dates and when requested by clientsRetrieving quotes for niche job boards when requested by clientsResourcing candidates on behalf of the Recruitment Team periodicallyAssisting with product marketing duties where requiredCompleting any other administrative duties as required
Person Specification - Customer Account Manager:
A recent Graduate or somebody with some experience as a Recruitment Co-ordinator, Sales Administrator or Account ManagerIdeally you’ll have experience in recruitment admin or will be a Recruiter looking for a non-sales roleClient orientated, proactive and highly organisedA personable, interpersonal and communicative individualStrong written English skills to be able to write clear job specificationsGreat attention to detailConfident using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)Intermediate experience of Applicant Tracking Systems is desirable, but training will be provided
