Opportunity to lead the UX and design initiatives for all products within a client's Digital Solutions dept. You will be driving and overseeing design efforts across multiple squads and products, and providing support / guidance to devs during build.

Role Responsibilities

Responsibilities will include:

Prepping content and support facilitating user-based ‘design thinking’ workshop Analysing and digest user research to design solutions that balance user needs with business objectives Conducting testing sessions for wireframes and final designs to validate solutions Working effectively with users, stakeholders, and squad members, ensuring a cohesive approach to project delivery.

Person Specification

Essential skills will include:

Strong Figma skills Wireframing Prototyping Creating user-centric designs
