Providing support Providing care as detailed within the residents’ Care Plans Serving meals and refreshments Supporting the team Understanding and listening to guidance Completing mandatory training

Training:
Adult Care Worker Level 2 (GCSE) Typical duration: 12 - 18 months depending on functional skills Functional Skills maths and English Remotely delivered - monthly visits 

Training Outcome:

The home fully supports the Apprenticeship Scheme and if shifts are available will encourage the individual to apply for a permanent position upon the successful completion of their apprenticeship.

Number of Hours: 30-per week Lunch break length: 30-mins Start Time: 8am Finish Time: 2pm Working days: TBC
