Marketing Development Executive Apprentice (Envera)

As a L3 Digital Marketing and AI Executive:

Your work will be active and varied — some days you’ll be in the office, some on the road, and others meeting prospects face-to-face. You’ll:

Book high-quality meetings for our sales team (and for yourself as you progress). Generate leads via phone, LinkedIn, email, networking events, and in-person visits. Build your own referral network from clients you’ve engaged with. Travel across the UK for meetings, trade shows, and live campaigns.

Alongside your day-to-day role, you’ll complete a L3 Digital Marketing and AI Executive Apprenticeship with Estio Training.

Training Outcome:

On completion of your apprenticeship — or sooner if your results show you’re ready — you’ll have the opportunity to move into a Business Development Manager role. This is where you’ll take ownership of the full sales process, close your own deals, and manage key accounts.

Progression is performance-based — the faster you grow your skills, the sooner you move up.
