Providing customer service to clients/customers via telephone and email Ordering of parts from distributors Sourcing the correct parts and making sure the correct parts are delivered on time Chasing deliveries Dealing with clients and booking in their cars for service and MOT Confirming work to be done prior to mechanics working on the vehicle Keeping a clean, tidy office environment as it is public facing

Training:

Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner apprenticeship standard, including:

Knowledge, Skills & Behaviours Level 1/2 Functional Skills maths if required Level 1/2 Functional Skills English if required End-Point Assessment

Training Outcome:
Full office management as the Managing Director continues to expand with other premises
