Apprentice Warehouse Operative

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with receiving, unpacking, and checking deliveries Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently Support with stock control, inventory checks, and replenishment Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organised at all times Learn to use warehouse systems and processes to track goods Work with colleagues and supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations Follow health & safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment

Skills & Qualifications:

GCSEs at grade C/4 or above (or equivalent) in English and Maths (preferred) Basic IT skills  No experience required — full training provided

Willingness to learn and develop new skills Good attention to detail and accuracy Reliable, hardworking, and committed Positive team player with strong communication skills Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
