Vineyard Operative Apprenticeship
Day to day duties will vary, and tasks will vary between seasons but will include:
Pruning Trellis maintanence Tractor based work (spraying, mowing, vine trimming) Tucking in Harvesting Estate managementTraining:
Crop Technician Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard:
Training will occur in 10 weekly blocks of teaching split between the Plumpton College main campus and the College’s Rock Lodge Vineyard The block attended shall be for a full 5 day a week, with class sessions over 5 separate weeks The course with be conducted at Plumpton CollegeTraining Outcome:
To become a full time, permanent member of our viticulture team

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday, 07:30 - 16:30. One hour for lunch. Very occasional work outside of these hours.
