Apprentice Painter & Decorator

We have ongoing residential and commercial projects across Coulsdon, Sutton, Epsom, and Worcester Park. As a Painter Apprentice, you’ll support the team with a range of tasks while gaining hands-on experience and training on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

Surface Preparation: Sanding, filling, and taping to ensure surfaces are ready for painting Painting Tasks: Rolling walls and assisting with brushwork under supervision General Site Maintenance: Keeping work areas clean, organised, and safe Support Duties: Assisting senior painters with tools, materials, and setup

Training:

Training will be conducted at John Ruskin College on a day-release basis.

Candidates will study towards the completion of the Level 2 Painter & Decorator apprenticeship standard.

Training Outcome:

Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, there would be an opportunity to progress into a full-time role.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday between 8am and 4pm.
