Business Administrator Apprentice
Provide administrative support to the Probate and Estate Planning Team
Answer and direct incoming calls, book client appointments and manage schedules
Communicate professionally and empathetically with clients, legal professionals and external agencies
Maintain accurate, confidential and well-organised client records (both physical and digital)
Verify identity documents and complete compliance checklists for AML and GDPR requirements
Prepare and check client correspondence, forms and legal documentation for accuracy
Provide regular updates and guidance to clients, particularly during the Probate & Wills process
Monitor and respond to email enquiries, including the wills mailbox and escalate issues where necessary
Update case management systems, trackers and databases to reflect accurate case progress and payments
Training Outcome:
Potential for a full-time position upon successful completion of the apprenticeship along with caeer progression opportunities.

Leading are licensed insolvency and probate practitioners, providing exceptional business rescue, insolvency, and turnaround solutions to clients and professional partners across East Anglia, London and the Midlands. They also have a small, but growing, dedicated probate and estate planning team, specialising in will writing, estate planning and specialist probate work.
Working Hours :
Core working hours are between 10 AM - 12 PM and 2 PM - 4 PM, with operating hours between 8 AM - 6 PM, working 7.5 hours a day.
