Connecting with customers: You'll be responding to customers enquiries via the phone and email , using your excellent communication skills to understand their situation
Finding solutions: You'll be a key point of contact to provide a reliable and helpful administration service to members of staff and our clients
Building relationships: You'll be a key point of contact for customers, providing excellent service and resolving queries

Training:
Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard
Training Outcome:
Upon successful completion of the level 3 Business Administration apprentieship there may be the opportunity to join us as a full time member of staff, where available
