Apprentice Barista Hospitality Assistant

Provide a friendly service to customers and help create a welcoming atmosphere Serving food and beverages to tables Taking accurate orders with a smile Processing card and cash payments Cleaning, table relaying and clearing, including setting up and clearing down Actively keeping the area clean Adhere to all health and safety laws and hygiene laws Ensure procedures and schedules are followed for cleaning and sanitising food preparation/storage areas, and ensure that any equipment is clean and maintained

Training:

Whilst you are employed as an apprentice Hospitality Assistant you will achieve a Level 2 Hospitality Team Member apprenticeship, delivered by Inspiro Learning who will support your learning and development throughout your Apprenticeship. This will involve an Advisor coming to visit you on a regular basis, to deliver the training and guide you through your apprenticeship.

Apprentices without level 1 English and maths will need to achieve level 1 and take the test for level 2 English and maths prior to taking the end-point assessment.

Training Outcome:

As well as the ongoing training and development of the apprentice training and the chance to gain a government funding. Any other progression routes will be discussed upon completion of the apprenticeship.

Working Hours :
30 hours a week, various shifts between the hours of 8.00am - 4.00pm. Exact working days and shifts to be confirmed.
