Business Admin Apprentice
Meeting and greeting clients
Answering and directing telephone calls
Providing refreshments for clients as required
Inputting data onto the Firm’s client database
Administration duties including the production of documents, letters, invoices etc.
Maintaining the electronic diary and booking appointments as required
Recording and franking of all outgoing post
Scanning and filing of documents
Training:
Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration consisting of:
Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration Level 2 Functional Skills in Mathematics (if applicable) Level 2 Functional Skills in English (if applicable)You will be required to attend a half-day session with HBTC where you will work towards any functional skills (where needed) that you have to take. Additional off the job training will also be required as part of the apprenticeship. There will also be an end point assessment.
Training Outcome:
After the apprenticeship, there may be an opportunity for you to advance in the workplace or go on to higher education.
