Retail Parts Apprentice

Serving customers face to face and on the phone Identifying and supplying parts, using parts books and online systems Developing relationships with other departments Promoting the retail shop in the local area Stock taking and maintaining a high level of stock efficiency

Training:
At the end of the 14 month apprenticeship, you will gain a Level 2 Trade Supplier Apprenticeship Standard qualification Over the 14 months, apprentices will be required to attend 4 x 1-week blocks at the CLAAS Academy in Saxham, plus monthly virtual classroom sessions Apprentices will be provided with feedback at the end of each block which will provide details on how they have performed whilst on block release at Saxham Whilst on the programme apprentices will be required to gather evidence to create a portfolio to demonstrate that they have met all the competencies and elements set out in the apprenticeship standard Alongside the training received from CLAAS, apprentices will receive on the job training and support from Olivers, in addition to regular progress reviews with both CLAAS and Olivers

Training Outcome:

After successful completion of the apprenticeship, you could progress to a Parts Advisor.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a long-standing family business that will give the successful candidate the support and platform to develop their skills and gain a level 2 qualification.

Working Hours :
Monday - Thursday, 8.00am - 4.30pm with ½ hour unpaid for lunch Friday, 8.00am - 3.30pm with ½ hour unpaid for lunch Some Saturdays during busy periods
