Data Administration Apprentice

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual for a data-heavy role, working across two key platforms:

Jobform and our HR system:

You will be responsible for inputting data, including Right to Work (RTW) information and biometrics, ensuring accuracy and consistency Additionally, you will manage Connecteam, our employee hub, where shifts, timesheets, and job assignments are updated daily This role involves analysing data to generate payroll information, including hours worked and shifts completed, making it essential to maintain precise and efficient data management

Other duties will include:

Ensuring clients receive support, product, and service in a timely manner - Respond to client inquiries promptly and ensure their needs are met effectively Customer data capture and order reporting - Accurately capture and maintain client data, generating reports as required Order processing - Process customer orders efficiently and ensure timely delivery Building and maintaining client relationships - Develop strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business Monitoring and assisting client requests - Track client requests and provide assistance as needed to ensure satisfaction. Providing first-class service to the client - Deliver exceptional service, addressing client concerns and resolving issues swiftly. Preparing sales reports and renewal list for customers - Compile sales reports and prepare renewal lists to support the sales team

Training:

Data Technician Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard:

Training will be typically 1 day a week, and will be a blend of eLearning and classroom training based on:

CompTIA Data+ CompTIA/TestOut Pro Certified Microsoft Excel Microsoft Power BI Training Biweekly classes (length 3 hours) alternating between Data+ and Excel/Power BI (NB: Exams optional).
