Apprentice Operations Assistant

Ensure that all pricelists are properly maintained across all operational platforms (i.e. Websites, Dentally)

Utilise various different reporting platforms (i.e. Dentally, MPC, Call reposts ETC) to collate data for business reporting which includes but is not limited to;

Weekly consolidated reports, therapist trackers, call reports, dentist productivity rankings, dentist pay audits and competitions tracking

Attention to detail is extremely important to ensure stats shared are accurate and delivered on schedule

Assisting the central operations team to carry out ad-hoc tasks and audits as and when required Collating and building our weekly huddle company communications and submitting to the centre ops Manager for sign-off Working with the Operations Coordinator to maintain the training trackers for our courses Support the implementation of new operational processes and feedback any issues/areas for further development that may be required Support the implementation of new operational processes and feedback any issues/areas for further development required. Maintain and update the NHS Choices website on a quarterly basis To abide by Damira values and ensure these are embedded into all interactions with colleagues and team members To establish and maintain productive working relationships with all your colleagues and encourage teamwork wherever possible To ensure a high level of professionalism is maintained in interaction with external organisations, groups and individuals To take reasonable care of your own health and safety at work To strive towards continuous, improve in all aspects of the role To work closely with all departments and practice teams To perform tasks as reasonably requested by the Central Operations Manager, Business Manager and the CEO

Training:
In addition to gaining practical experience in the role, you will also attain an NVQ Level 3 Business Admin qualification which will help start your career and give you an insight into the businesses processes and procedures Our training is all completed remotely via teams with a development coach who will be available for support 24/7 You receive 20% off-the-job training during this apprenticeship which is included in your weekly working hours

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday: 8.30am - 5pm with 30 minutes lunch break.
