Apprentice IT Sales Consultant

As a Technical Sales Executive, your main responsibilities will be:

Learn our products and services - a mixture of telephone, broadband, mobiles, utilities, and web services Actively selling IT products and services Train alongside other colleagues, some of whom have completed the same Apprenticeship previously Learn multiple methods of communication that will be used to communicate with clients (telephone, email, ticketing) Manage and maintain customer call-backs (ring them back when you advised you will) Cold calls - looking for new customers and reaching out via telephone / following up via email Assist the team with turning an inquiry into a sale through inbound calls, outbound calls, leads, website inquiries, and the expansive database of contacts Have the opportunity to complete online marketing & advertising tasks such as SEO and PPC Work within a competitive, target-driven, and fast-paced environment

Training:
The Technical Sales Executive Apprenticeship with Remit is for a term of 16 months Remit will be here to support and guide you and you will be assigned your very own development coach as well as an in-house mentor The apprenticeship is delivered virtually within the workplace so there are no requirements to travel for training purposes. You will collate an evidence-based portfolio, conduct E-learning and self-learning as well as attend group sessions and 1:1 sessions online

Training Outcome:
Full time opportunity may be available upon completion of your apprenticeship
