Customer service:- serving customers over the counter, taking product orders directly from them, helping and guiding customers with their choices of our products Website/E-commerce orders-taking from the compute, writing customers messages out and then logging for processing Dealing with contract suppliers requests over the phone and email, sending out receipts and quotes.
Training:

Training schedule has yet to be agreed. Details will be made available at a later date
Training Outcome:
Potential for a permanent role upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.

We are a family run business and have been established for over 29 years. We offer an extensive range of styles from traditional to contemporary. We work in all aspects of floristry: weddings,corporate events, funerals, etc.
Working Hours :
Flexible; but will always have 2 days off per week[including Sunday] In our busy times-Christmas, Mother's Day, Valentines Day -Hours will need to be flexible. Also some Saturdays and occasional Sunday if any of the above are on Sunday
