Apprentice Customer Service Engineer
Good working knowledge of all manual equipment, including basic fault finding
Good working knowledge of common applications for which equipment can be used, including making blast media recommendations
Processing customer orders through the company ERP system
Maintenance of records and data on company computer systems and within manual filing systems following company guidelines
Liaising with others both within the department and in other departments to ensure that any customer related issues are satisfactorily resolved
To work under the supervision and guidance of the Senior Customer Services Executive, who will monitor and review standards on a regular basis
Training:
Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard
The training will be purely workbased learning, working 5 days per week
The apprentice will be expected to complete college work alongside working in this role
Training Outcome:

Working Hours :
Monday - Thursday, 8.30 am - 5.00pm and Friday, 8.30am - 2.30pm with a half hour lunch break each day.
