Business Support Apprentice

To undertake training to provide an effective, all-round service, as part of the Finance & Admin team To provide administrative support to Corporate Services and Reception as well as Computer Operations, Cashiers and Human Resources when required. To provide reception cover during busy periods or when staff are on holiday. General administration duties including: Photocopying, scanning, dealing with incoming and outgoing post, archiving and destruction of documents, printing letters, sending emails, adding documents to the case management system, answering the phones and transferring calls to the appropriate person, greeting clients on arrival at the office

Training:

Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration consisting of:

Level 3 Apprenticeship qualification in Business Administration Level 2 Functional Skills in Mathematics (if applicable) Level 2 Functional Skills in English (if applicable)

You will be required to attend a half-day session with HBTC where you will work towards any functional skills (where needed) that you have to take. Additional off the job training will also be required as part of the Apprenticeship. There will also be an end point assessment. 



Training Outcome:
After the Apprenticeship, there may be an opportunity for you to advance in the workplace or go onto higher education.

Working Hours :
Working hours are shifts, so either: 8.30am - 4.30pm, Mon - Fri. 9am - 5pm, Mon - Fri. 9:30am - 5:30pm, Mon - Fri.
