HR & Payroll Admin Apprentice
Working closely with the HR manager for the smooth running of the department assisting with HR procedures
Collating HR documents
Processing payroll
Answering telephone and dealing with HR queries from staff
Use of Excel
Logging information on internal systems
Assisting with apprentice appraisals
General administration
Training:
Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration consisting of:
Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration Level 2 Functional Skills in Mathematics (if applicable) Level 2 Functional Skills in English (if applicable)You will be required to attend a half-day session with HBTC where you will work towards any functional skills (where needed) that you have to take. Additional off the job training will also be required as part of the Apprenticeship. There will also be an end point assessment.
Training Outcome:
After the apprenticeship, there may be an opportunity for you to advance in the work place or go onto higher education.

Thompson Commercials are the largest privately owned Renault Truck dealership in the UK with 7 Depots spanning the East of England supplying the full range of New Renault and Isuzu trucks, pre-owned trucks, trailers and vans.
Working Hours :
Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm.
