Business Administration Apprentice
Registering all forms of applications onto database
Drafts, formats, and prints relevant documents
Ensuring that the applications are registered and processed in a timely, accurate manner and that customers are kept up to date on progress
Answers phone calls and transfers them as necessary
Scanning and inputting data
Filing
Meeting and dealing with customers
Training:
An apprenticeship allows you to earn a wage, gain valuable work experience and industry specific competence
You will be expected to work towards the Business Administrator Level 3, with support from your employer and the Chesterfield College Group
Training Outcome:
From Apprentice there will be the opportunity to progress to Trainee Technical Support Officer to Technical Support Officer
You may even wish to transfer and continue training as Building Control Officer / Surveyor

Flexi hours between 7.00am - 6.30pm - Monday to Friday
