Hairdressing Apprentice

Customer care - offering refreshments and magazines, dealing with enquiries Reception duties - meeting and greeting, answering the phone, booking appointments on the ‘GET TIMELY’ system, dealing with enquiries Preparing clients for stylists - shampooing, scalp massage, conditioning treatments, removing, colour/foils, rough drying, neutralising perms/straightening/smoothing treatments Cutting hair Hair ups Dealing with all hair textures General tidying of salon & laundry

Training:

Working towards completing Level 2 Hairdressing Professional Apprenticeship Standard. Work-based learning with attendance at Hertford Regional College, Ware Campus, one day per week to achieve VTCT - Level 2 Diploma for Hair Professionals (Hairdressing).

Training schedule has yet to be agreed upon, further details will be made available at a later date.

Training Outcome:
There will be opportunities for progression and a permanent position subject to performance

We expanded in 2014 into the shop next door and now offer an array of additional services.

Working Hours :
Monday (College): 9am - 4.30pm Tuesday: 9am - 5pm Wednesday: 12pm - 8pm Thursday: 9am - 5pm Friday: 9am - 5pm
