Digital support technician apprenticeship

To provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues to ensure smooth operations. To assist in the setup, maintenance, and configuration of digital systems and equipment, including computers, printers, and network devices. Document and track support requests using ticketing systems, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining clear communication with users.

Training:
Training will be ongoing throughout the apprenticeship, ensuring a balanced blend of practical experience and academic learning.

Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, you'll be well-positioned for a variety of exciting career paths: Digital Support Technician: Continue as a skilled technician within our company, taking on more complex support roles and responsibilities.
IT Specialist: Transition into specialized areas such as network administration, cybersecurity, or systems analysis.
IT Project Coordinator: Move into project management, overseeing and coordinating IT projects to ensure successful implementation and completion. Technical Support Manager: Take on leadership roles, managing a team of support technicians and enhancing service delivery.
