Health Care Business Administration Apprentice
To provide and receive routine information verbally, in writing or electronically to inform work colleagues, patients, clients, carers and the public/external contacts
To accurately record information
Be the first point of contact for patients and visitors
Signposting patients to other services in a timely manner
To deal with enquiries effectively and responsively, deciding upon appropriate action
To make judgements in resolving problems of a customer service or administrative nature within pre-defined limits, referring anything of a more complex nature to a supervisor / senior member of staff
Maintain up to date training and knowledge to effectively move and handle equipment in a safe and effective manner
May provide information of a non-clinical nature to clients and carers in relation to appointments, transport
To assist with the monitoring of stock levels of stationery
To assist with maintaining resources i.e. training packs, publicity materials etc.
Training:
Hull College will deliver the Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard
Training Outcome:
On completition of the apprentcieshi there is a full time position for the right candidate

Working Hours :
negotiable:
option 1 - Monday to Friday 6 hrs per day, rota week one 8.30am – 14.30pm week two 11am– 17.00pm.
or
Option 2 - Monday to Thursday 7.5 hrs per day - week one 8.30am – 4.30pm, week two 9.00am – 17.00pm
