Receptionist Apprentice
Carrying out administrative tasks as instructed
Maintain office records in accordance with organisational policies and procedures
Handling phone calls and general enquiries
Taking messages
Processing all forms of communication relating to areas of work
Scheduling meetings for employers
Maintain the reception area, ensuring work areas are tidy
Maintain office supplies
Follow and adhere to Health & Safety procedures
Training:
You will attend our Digbeth Campus on Wednesdays 9am - 5pm to complete your off the job training
Training Outcome:
You may be offered a permanent position after a successful completion of your appreticeship.
