Sales Apprentice (Comtek System Solutions)

Lead Generation:

Identify and research potential clients. Assist in developing and executing lead generation strategies. Maintain and update customer databases.

Sales Support:

Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals. Support the sales team in scheduling meetings and follow-ups. Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about our services.

Customer Relationship Management:

Help manage and maintain relationships with existing clients. Assist in conducting customer satisfaction surveys and feedback collection.

Market Research:

Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities. Monitor competitor activities and report findings.

Training and Development:

Participate in sales training programs and workshops. Learn about our products and services, as well as the IT industry. Develop skills in CRM software, sales techniques, and customer service.

Training Outcome:

The role offers a permanent role upon completion of the apprenticeship depending on performance.
