Business Admin Level 3 Apprenticeship - Administrator - Consortio Recruitment Group

We are seeking an Administrator who would be completing an apprenticeship in Business Admin Level 3 qualification. You will be working within a busy office environment providing administration duties and support to all staff within the office. Your day to day duties will include:

Answer the phones and taking messages Processing timesheets Book staff reviews in the diary and process completed forms Ensure staff HR files are kept up to date (sickness, holiday etc). Set up IT and phones for new starters as well as print off starter forms. Sending starter forms to the accountant. Create invoices from placements forms & chase for payment if not paid on time. Keep the billing spreadsheets up to date Ensure staff HR files are kept up to date (sickness, holiday etc). Creating E-shots for marketing purposes Check and chase timesheets for temps and contractors Add clients & candidates to the database Create KPI reports for the business. Monitoring and ordering office supplies Any other administrative duties as required, as part of continued development

Training:
Apprenticeship Details - 16 months expected duration to complete, working towards your Level 3 Business Administration Qualification. (All learning is delivered online/ remote).  Training Provider: LMP Education (rated 1st best UK training provider)

Training Outcome:
Completion of a level 3 Business Admin qualification, potentially a permanent position within this field.
