Quality Supplier Engineer Apprentice

Daily interrogation of Customer Cases; understanding problems and any parts sent out as replacements. Sort of daily rejected supplied parts from the Assembly Line. Creation of Quality Notifications for non-confirming supplied parts & Supplier Feedback. Creation of Vendor Return Notifications, chasing Credit Notes. Testing of PCBs using Benchmark test equipment. Quality Alerts; lineside and warehouse sorts of suspect goods. Participating in Root Cause Analysis / 8D Teams. Managing & updating Customer Cases in Netsuite assigned to Supplier Quality. Providing daily support to the Quality team.

Training:
Engineering Fitter Level 3 (A level) Apprenticeship Standard
