Mechanical Engineering Apprentice

The apprentice will work alongside experienced Mechanical Engineers to learn the following:

House to use Lathes, turn and mill How to read tolerances Fit bearings ad make shafts  Learn how to fix diverter wheels and well make new ones from castings from scratch.

Training:

This apprenticeship is delivered as a day release at our Institute of Technology based in Canning Town, E14. 

Level 3 Maintenance and Operations Engineering Technician Standard  Behaviour, Skills and Knowledge. 

Training Outcome:

There is an opportunity to secure a permanent position after successfully completing the apprenticeship.
