IT Apprentice

Provide first-line support to employees with IP phones, PCs, and printers Set up PCs for new employees Work with Office 365 products Create users and permissions in active directory Retrieving telephone recordings for senior members of staff Carry out any other tasks that come up when requested by management

Training:

An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying.

Training Outcome:

A possible full time position or a further qualification.
