Network & IT Apprenticeship

Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network infrastructure components (routers, switches, firewalls, wireless access points) Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of VoIP telephony systems (on- premises and cloud-based) Provide desktop support to end-users, addressing issues related to hardware, software, and connectivity Assist with onsite installation of cables and accessories as part of network deployment Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure uninterrupted operation Collaborate with senior engineers on network design and implementation projects Document network configurations, processes, and procedures Assist the help desk with resolving IT support tickets when necessary

Training Outcome:
We are looking for the apprentice to transition into a full time role upon successfull completion.

Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm.
