Network Engineer Apprenticeship
Provide 1st + 2nd Line Support both remotely and face to face to customers
Provide advice and support to external customers
Ensure issues are dealt with and resolved in an efficient and friendly manner
To build and maintain rapport with customers
Use technologies such as Windows Server, Windows 10 / 11, Cyber Security etc.
