Pharmacy Services Assistant Apprenticeship

As a Pharmacy Services Assistant, you’ll be joining an enthusiastic team that work together to make a positive difference to the lives of our patients.

There are a range of duties, such as:

Providing health advice and prescription services to patients Keeping the shop floor fully stocked and ready for customers through accepting and working deliveries and completing stock takes Assisting with sales and general store duties including creating product displays and cash transactions Keeping up with the course and completing modules

Training:
Level 2 Pharmacy Assistant Apprenticeship Standard General Pharmaceutical Council Functional Skills maths and English Level 1 and/or Level 2, as appropriate Training will take place at the workplace - no need to travel to a college

Training Outcome:
Once qualified you will be able to use your qualification to apply and work in any pharmacy The qualification will also be a springboard to go on to achieving a pharmacy dispensing qualification NVQ Level 2

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm and some weekend work (Saturday 10.00am - 1.00pm)
