L4 Sales Executive and Recruitment Resourcer Apprenticeship

An average day requires contacting prospective customers - calling and speaking with healthcare professionals about the various roles and opportunities we have on offer in an attempt to gather both customers and employers to sell our recruitment services Sales and customer services tasks (making in and outbound sales calls; sending follow up emails and and entering customer data into our bespoke software systems) with the goal of matching the healthcare professional into the right role

Training:
You will follow the Sales Executive (level 3) apprenticeship standard from the Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education Functional Skills Level 2 in English and maths will be provided for those without GCSE Grade 4/C (or equivalent) if required  Training schedule has yet to be agreed. Details will be made available at a later date

Training Outcome:
Potential to progress into Full Time Sales Executive, or Full Time Recruitment Resourcer once trained

Employer Description:
We are a Central London HQ healthcare recruitment organisation placing healthcare professionals into roles.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday: 9am to 5pm. One day during the week will be reserved for your training, which can be undertaken from home.
