Calibration Technician Apprentice

The TCT is responsible for:

Performing calibrations following recognised procedures and processes Thermodynamical parameters (Temperature & Humidity) Electrical Mechanical (Torque & Pressure) On-site calibration Assuring the measurement traceability to national and international standards Ensuring the validity of the results Execution of the interim tests of own references following described processes Ensuring accuracy of issued certificates Ensuring the proper functioning of the standards/measuring equipment Occasional On-site calibration

The tasks of the Calibration Technician are focused on:

Calibration Orders in the calibration laboratory Timely release of results and reports Adherence to calibration laboratory lead times Safe handling and processing of customer work

Training:
The qualification achieved by the end of the programme will be a Level 3 Laboratory Technician qualification Off the job training, is 6 hours of the working hours each week, this will be conducted remotely at the workplace located in RG26 5PR

Training Outcome:
There will be opportunities to progress within the business in terms of skills and roles

Monday - Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm.
