Business Administration Level 3 Apprentice
Liaise and support the Centre Manager to ensure the efficient operation of the reception office
Answering phone calls, supporting community group users and visitors, taking function and childcare bookings, allowing access to approved visitors and centre users, as well as invoicing responsibilities
Basic cuties such as filing, typing, copying, binding and scanning
Maintaining records of transactions undertaken in an honest and trustworthy way
Data processing and being able to follow the General Data Protection Act
Ensure the operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements and calling for repairs
Duties may be amended from time to time for the continued wellbeing of Heaton Community Centre
Training:
On Point Apprenticeships programmes are delivered through a mixture of face-to-face and virtual methods by our fully qualified and industry experienced apprentice training team. Successful completion of this apprenticeship gives you an accredited Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship qualification.
Training Outcome:
To be decided at the end of the apprenticeship, potential full-time post for the right candidate.

Working Hours :
30 hours per week Monday - Thursday 07:30 - 16:00 (subject to change), with 1-hour lunch break
