Apprentice Business Administrator

This opportunity allows for the apprentice to work in a small intimate environment with vast experience in all departments; Enabling the apprentice to be a part of all discussions and planning within the company.

You will receive training in:

Answering phone calls, taking messages and connecting calls to various department Communicating with clients through email and building positive relationships with them Preparing documents through editing and printing Managing the recruitment inbox for potential candidates that will suit the current roles needing to be filled Assisting with the management of company candidate database Supporting various departments with administration Attendance of company meetings Screening of candidate certification – validation and competency checks Assistance in company marketing including social media Booking training, travel and accommodation for personnel Working along side all the departments and working collaboratively with all in the office

Training:
Workplace training and learning, together with weekly college attendance – at our Lowestoft Campus – on Wednesdays between 09.30 and 16.00. Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard.

Training Outcome:
Potential for employment after the apprenticeship, depending on performance  With gaining experience in all our departments, this will open the door to finance, operations (Rope Access) and recruitment
