Apprentice Customer service Advisor
Welcoming customers and booking them in
Answering phones
Providing office support including customer support
Keeping well-organised files and records of business activity
Keeping computer databases up to date
Interacting with customers and suppliers either on the phone or in person
Following up on business communications, billing, and ordering
Communicating with suppliers and vendors
Invoicing
Building relationships with customers
Sending emails
Collecting and sorting post
Scheduling appointments
Being ready for any other administrative tasks that are required
Training:
L2 Customer Service qualification
Functional skills if required
1 day a week at college
The rest of the training will take place in the workplace
Training Outcome:
Full time position
