Apprentice Property Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with general administrative duties, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing paperwork Support the sales and lettings teams with property viewings, valuations, and inspections Maintain and update property listings on various online platforms Help prepare property marketing materials, such as brochures and online advertisements Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing any inquiries and following up on leads Assist with tenancy agreements, property check-ins, and check-outs Attend meetings and assist with record-keeping and note-taking Liaise with landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers to ensure smooth communication and transactions

Training:
In addition to gaining practical experience in the role, you will also attain an NVQ Level 3 Business Admin qualification which will help start your career and give you an insight into the businesses processes and procedures Our training is all complete remotely via teams with a development coach who will be available for support 24/7 You receive 20% off the job training during this Apprenticeship which is included in your weekly working hours

Working Hours :
9am - 5pm Monday - Friday with some possible half day Saturdays. 45-minutes paid lunch break.
