Finance Assistant apprentice

Duties will include, but not limited to;

Data entry - recording transactions and balance the books Bank reconciliation - cross-referencing the books against the bank statement Assist with monthly reports - summarising business financial position Credit control Assisting with payroll General Bookkeeping tasks and office/finance administration

Full training will be given in order to complete the above duties to the best of your ability.

You’ll complete the Level 2 apprenticeship, which includes the aat L2 Certificate in Accounting, and have the option to progress onto the AAT L3 Assistant Accountant apprenticeship as part of your internal development.

AAT Level 2 Finance/Accounts Assistant, which includes:

You'll have AAT exams including bookkeeping controls, bookkeeping transactions, and more Modules covering Skills, Knowledge, and Behaviours in Finance You'll have a personal tutor to guide you through your training You will attend 1:1 sessions with your tutor every 2/3 weeks End Point Assessment (online) Occasional group classes with other learners Access to MyAAT for learning material AAT Level 2 certificate

Training Outcome:

There is a full-time, permanent, position available upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.

You’ll have room to grow and Tu Pack will guide you through the AAT L3 programme as part of your development
