ICT Apprentice

As our next ICT Apprentice, you’ll be the first point of contact for end-users, delivering essential support and resolving a wide range of IT issues. From –

·         troubleshooting hardware and software problems

·         assisting with exciting IT projects,

·         handling phone and walk-in support requests

 

Your role will be crucial in keeping our systems running smoothly and ensuring user satisfaction making a real impact every day. Along the way, you’ll develop sought-after skills in IT Infrastructure, Cyber Security and hardware/software configurations, all while being mentored by experienced professionals.

Training:

This 2-year, Level 3 Information Communications Technician Apprenticeship is linked to an ICT Apprenticeship Course with South Staffs College, offering a blend of practical experience and classroom learning (with occasional travel to the college). If you’re curious, motivated, and eager to grow in the fast-paced world of IT, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
