Apprentice Customer Services Agent
The role will be to:
Contact client leads who have applied for varied insurance or financial products, Managing the calls and connecting the client to the correct broker for their insurance/financial quotes. Developing your communication skills to connect the client with the Broker with a seamless transition.Training:
Online remote teaching and learning, via Teams. Facilitated with an online learning platform.
Training Outcome:
Previous apprentices have been retained on roles, but this is not guaranteed, it will be dependent on progress and performance.

Insurance Agent based in Upminster.
Working Hours :
Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm Saturday (1 in 4) 9am - 1.00pm 37.5 - 41.5 hours on rotation, only 40 hours for those 16-17 years old.
