Business Admin Apprenticeship
General office duties including answering the telephone and passing on messages
Updating/producing reports
Book team meetings and distribute agenda and any action points after
Creating presentations for team meetings where needed
Updating office systems and responding to general client requests by email
Diary management for trainers/mentors
Handling enquiries from clients
To assist with the production of documents and other correspondence
Manage attendance updates
Carry out morning attendance calls
Check in with staff working on site and report any issues
Maintain accurate records on all systems used
Assist the data team with redacting documents and other duties as needed
Maintain and manage accurate shared file system
Support all teams as needed
Chase outstanding invoices
Assist marketing with social media posts on occasion
Carry out any other reasonable duties as required including providing cover where appropriate
Training:
Business Administrator Level 3 Standard
College attendance is required one day a month
Training Outcome:
On completion of the apprenticeship, a full-time job may be offered.
