Apprentice Finance Assistant

Watkins is committed to the training and development of all their apprentices. We aim to produce the highly skilled workforce needed for the years ahead. Provided you are enthusiastic and willing to work hard, you will get the training and support needed whilst working towards a Level 3 Assistant Accountant qualification. 

Tasks will include:

Subcontractor document validation, processing & payment Employee expenses approval checking & payment Company credit card processing You will also assist with subcontractor verification and compliance and Finance administration Other tasks will be assigned as knowledge of the department and our financial processes and procedures increase

Training:

Working 4 days in the workplace. 

One day a week class at EKC Group, Canterbury College, New Dover Road, Canterbury, Kent CT1 3AJ 

Trainer visits to the workplace.

Training Outcome:

Could lead to a permanent position.

Working Hours :
Working Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5pm.
