IT Support Technician Apprentice

Working for a small, friendly and professional IT company near Lichfield, the role includes:

Handling incoming calls from customers who have an IT related query and logging on the computer system Helping fix computer problems over the telephone Going out with an experienced IT Technician to customer’s sites to repair computer problems 1st Line helpdesk support to customers with an IT related issue Providing an excellent standard of customer service Using the computer to send emails to customers

Training:

Throughout the duration of your Apprenticeship you will be required to attend South Staffs College in Tamworth on a day release basis for training.

The remainder of your training will be completed in the workplace with your employer.
The qualification will consist of:

Information communications technician L3 Level 2 Functional Skills English and maths Knowledge, skills and behaviours as detailed in the standard

Training Outcome:
To become a permanent member of the IT team and continue to gain further qualifications.

We can fix any issues you may be experiencing with your Microsoft Servers, PC Computers, Laptops, Email or Network, or help if need computer repair or virus removal. We are a reliable and very friendly Lichfield based company that takes great pride in looking after all of our clients.

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm, with half an hour for lunch.
