Recruitment Apprentice

We are looking for an apprentice to work as part of a team and closely with the account managers to gain a full understanding of the role and the wider business. Many current staff came through the Apprentice route successfully.

Advertising roles through various job boards Update databases and assist with a variety of administration Conduct over the phone and in person interviews Build relationships and attend networking events Maintain and promote the reputation of the company Agree and support development plans following appraisal Maintain/promote company vision and values Assist in the development of the business strategy to deliver and maintain growth In liaison with the HR Manager ensure employee issues are dealt with according to company policy All staff work to the quality procedures and to the recognised industry standards Support the business as required by the regional and account managers Support the company with any projects as required After 6 months, if the apprentice is proving to perform well, there will be an option for them to progress within the business. They will be promoted to a trainee account manager where they will hold more responsibility such as duty manager (out of hours), dealing with officer and client queries and managing their own portfolio.

Training:

Full training will be given leading to a recognised Level 2 Recruitment Resourcer apprenticeship standard:

Level 2 Certificate in Recruitment Resourcing Level 2 NVQ Certificate in Recruitment Resourcing

Full on-the-job training will be delivered by Barwood with the opportunity to move onto being an Account Manager if successful.

Off-the-job training will be supported by our Training Provider – Davidson Training UK Ltd.



Training Outcome:

Progressing to an Apprenticeship Recruitment Consultant Level 3 after successful completion of the level 2.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm with 1 hour unpaid lunch.
